Bridging Gaps and Crowning caps

When tragedy strikes, crowns and bridges can be used to restore teeth.

Crowns are placed over damaged teeth to provide enduring repair and protection, while bridges are used to replace missing teeth.

At Smile Hub Dental Clinic, our cosmetic team collaborates with trained dental technicians to produce crowns and bridges using laser-precise CAD-CAM production facilities.

The result is restorations and repairs of the highest quality, designed to appear and feel fantastic for years to come.

A dental bridge is a replacement for missing teeth that resembles natural dentition.

Our bridges are made of porcelain. This is because porcelain is durable and long-lasting. Porcelain also imitates enamel's natural translucency precisely, producing incredibly natural results.

Once in place, a dental bridge functions identically to a natural tooth, restoring your ability to consume, laugh, and live with confidence.

Treatment with Dental Bridges

After determining the best treatment plan for you, we will begin producing your custom bridge in conjunction with our fully equipped laboratory. Your bridge will consist of a high-quality porcelain restoration affixed to adjacent teeth by means of 'wings' on either side.

Then, one of our skilled clinicians will prepare your teeth to ensure optimal bridge stability and retention.

We will then install your dental bridge. Congratulations! You can depart with restored aesthetics, functionality, and self-assurance.

Dental crowns

A dental crown is a durable, protective cap that covers a damaged or fractured tooth.

We use porcelain or composite, both of which are extremely durable and have a striking resemblance to tooth enamel, and we'll match the colour to your smile.

The outcome is a long-lasting restoration that appears and feels so natural, you won't even notice it's there.

Getting your Crown

First, we will prepare the target tooth for placement of the new crown. Your crown will be created in a facility based on impressions of your teeth and will be customised to match your smile.

Typically, two visits are required to conclude treatment with crowns. We will provide you with a temporary restoration that is fully functional so that you never have to wait longer than necessary for vital repair.

You will then be invited back to our Bristol clinic for your final appointment, during which your crown will be fitted. We will then complete any finishing details, such as polishing.
