Dr Joseph Mc Neill
Dr Joseph graduated as a Dentist from Queens University Belfast in 2019. He completed the Dental Foundation Training programme in General Dental Practice before starting on the Dental Core Training Programme where he completed two years in a busy Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Dental Surgery unit in Belfast.
He is a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
He has a keen interest in all aspects of General Dentistry especially tooth extractions and wisdom teeth removal for nervous patients. Joseph has a lot of experience in treating broken, chipped and cracked teeth. He regularly incises and drains dental abscesses for patients with dental infections and swollen gums, cheeks or jawlines.
Dr Joseph enjoys aesthetic prosthodontic dentistry and is proficient in providing all types of porcelain and ceramic crowns, veneers and bridges for his patients. He routinely provides dental implant assessments for patients with missing teeth who are considering dental implants, dental bridges or partial/complete acrylic or chrome cobalt metal dentures. He is competent in providing root canal treatment for patients and also in providing cosmetic dentistry for patients who wish to improve their smile. Dr Joseph enjoys providing teeth whitening for patients and recommends composite bonding if a person’s smile can be improved in terms of the shape, size and colour of the teeth. Dr Joseph also routinely treats and stabilises gum disease for patients with bleeding gums, gum infections, swollen gums and receding gums. He works closely with our hygienist to ensure patients receive their regular dental scale and polish or deep cleaning to prevent gum disease progression. Dr Joseph is passionate about emergency dentistry and particularly in fixing broken teeth with composite fillings following dental accidents and dental trauma especially following dental sporting injuries. Dr Joseph regularly provides his patients with nightguards for grinding/clenching habits and sportsguards/mouthguards for patients who wish to protect their teeth whilst playing sport.

Dr. Laura Fee and the entire team are amazing, so friendly throughout and really reassuring! I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction under sedation and didn’t feel a thing. Visited the clinic myself for the first time today along with my son who was having his first visit to the dentist too. I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to say thanks so much to Dr Laura for her great work this weekend. I'm quite a nervous patient but she had me completely at ease for my treatment this morning. Also highly recommend for children - her and the nurses were fantastic with my son and his teddy Justin Beaver!
