Let's get to the root

Root canal therapy is the recommended treatment for a severe tooth infection or decay.

Consistent pain, swollen or pimply gums, tooth discoloration, and protracted sensitivity are indications that you may need root canal therapy.

If you wait too long before undergoing a root canal, a severe infection could lead to additional complications and eventual tooth loss. Additionally, untreated infections can cause extremely excruciating abscesses.

Dr. Laura Fee, a specialist endodontist with two decades of experience treating complex root canal cases, is a member of our seasoned team.

In the unfortunate event that you develop a severe tooth infection, you could not be in better hands.

Root Canal Therapy

Before cleansing the area, the infected pulp will be extracted from deep within the tooth. Then, the tooth will be filled and resealed.

As the tooth is entirely sealed off from further infection, it is likely that you will not require a second procedure.

Depending on the severity of your condition, you may also receive antibiotics to help fight the infection.
